Sher's shipping fees shown below will change according to the weight updated.

West Malaysia - RM10
East Malaysia - RM17
Singapore - RM46
Brunei - RM157*

DELIVERY PROCESSES

We wish to deliver the products to our customers in the shortest possible time, hence when an order is placed, the order will be dispatched latest by the next working day by one of our delivery partners.

As we are working with third-party delivery partners, Sher's cannot guarantee delivery time-lines, but will try their best to get the products to you in the shortest period of time.

All Deliveries will come with a Tracking no via email, which you can use to track your parcel at any time.

Delivery Execution - All deliveries will be processed within 48 working hours, i.e. upon order placement, the order will be processed and shipped out within 2 working days and the tracking details will be emailed out.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME

Estimated Delivery Period

For West Malaysia deliveries, estimated 3-7 working days from delivery date.
For East Malaysia deliveries, please expect an estimated period of 7-14 working days from delivery date.
For International Deliveries, deliveries may take up to 21 working days and depends on the delivery partners. We will provide you with details for you to check with them on the status of the orders.

Order fulfillment & pick-ups during Mon-Fri only. Kindly expect delay in delivery during the FMCO period. Appreciate your understanding, stay safe!
